I'm personally quite convinced of David Allen's way of managing your projects and actions and documents and... I've implemented it for some 70%, it's mostly the keeping-up-to-date that's lacking.

David has started his own weblog. I can't say I'm so convinced of the quality of it as much as I like his book and his email-newsletter (the last one is highly recommended!). But I'm going to watch it for a time.

And putting it here saves me an email to my brother :-)
